5. Booking Terms & Conditions

When you book a place with Oxbridge Summer School, you agree to the following:

What’s included: tuition, accommodation, meals, and scheduled excursions.

What’s not included: flights, visas, insurance, and personal spending.

Payments: details of fees and payment schedules will be confirmed at booking.

Cancellations & refunds: bookings made online include a 14-day cooling-off period

unless the course begins within that period with your consent. After this time, our

refund policy applies.

Changes: if we must cancel or amend a course, we will offer alternatives or a refund.

Complaints: please raise any issues with us directly so we can resolve them quickly.

6. Accessibility Statement

We are committed to making our website and programmes accessible to all. We aim to meet

7. Safeguarding & Child Protection

The welfare of our students is our top priority

All staff are DBS-checked and receive safeguarding training.

We have a Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) on site.

Concerns can be reported confidentially to our safeguarding team.

8. Health & Safety

We carry out risk assessments for all activities. Trained first aiders are present at each site,

and emergency procedures are in place to ensure student safety.

9. Complaints & Appeals

We want every student to have a positive experience.

Stage 1: Raise the issue informally with a staff member.

Stage 2: Submit a written complaint for formal review.

Stage 3: If unresolved, an independent review can be arranged.10. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to:

Treat staff and peers with respect

Follow residence rules and health & safety guidance

Participate positively in classes and activities

Breaches of this code may result in disciplinary action, up to and including removal from the

programme.

We may take photographs and videos during the programme for marketing purposes.

Students or parents who prefer not to be included can notify us in writing before arrival.
